Dear Sir/Madam:
I purchased a Cracker Barrel gift card for $100. at Publix, 5001 East State Rd, Bradenton, Fl.
Time 17:08 Date Jan 19, 2023. It was either lost or stolen.
Trace number from the receipt is - 515518 & 515517.
The actual card number is missing from the receipt.
The phone number on the back of the Cracker Barrel gift card does not work. Can you help me to use the trace number to cancel the gift card and purchase a new one?
May I cancel this card or prevent someone else using it to purchase a new Cracker Barrel gift card to send out as a birthday gift?

Very poor service after we waited 35 minutes to get seated then we sat there for another 1hr and 45 minutes before we were served burnt pancakes and sausage.
- I normally enjoy the food and have had excellent service in the past
- I would not have served those burnt food items to my dog

User's recommendation: Just don’t wait 1hr and 45 minutes to get burnt food. If we didn’t have a small child who was hungry we would have left.

You eat the food you pay for it. Stop using your child as an excuse to get a full refund.
Obviously, you had no issue feeding your child burnt food, and if your child did not like it they would have made a fuss. Cannot afford children don't have them.
I had ordered take out order was not correct. Didn't get my chicken a dumpling, nor brown gravy for chicken fried steak, corn bread hard as a rock.Called and spoke to the manager, said she would not give me a refund because I did not have the receipt.
I told her that the girl did not give it to me. She said she could see what I had paid after I told her the total was $20.73.the only thing she could do is treat me to a meal.I am not interested in a meal.I want my money back.
previous comment restaurant is on 520 23 e St. Second time not satisified. they say 3rd time is a charm not so sure.
