Cracker Barrel - Call before you go!
My family and I went to the Hendersonville, TN Crackers Barrel on a Wednesday evening a week and a half before Christmas. I always get the country boy breakfast with country ham.
After waiting 15-20 minutes or server made it over to see what we wanted to eat. Hum, not the typical approach but... Fortunately we already knew what we wanted as we typically eat at Cracker Barrel 2-3 times a month on average. I ordered my usual but was informed that Cracker Barrel no longer has country ham.
What? Surely she meant just out tonight. After waiting another hour we finally got our food. It was cold which was inline with the entire visit.
Worst ever experience at a Cracker Barrel. We wrote it off as an isolated bad experience. The day after Christmas I was craving country ham so we decided to head to Cracker Barrel. Gonna get my country boy breakfast with country ham!
NOT!!! Theyโre out again. The store was closed Christmas Day which was their delivery day. Wow, can you say *** poor planning?
We stayed and ate anyway. The service and food was good this time, thank goodness. I let the staff know that New Yearโs Day fell on the same day as Christmas Day so they may want to plan accordingly. Well, here it is New Yearโs Day.
I decided to call ahead to be sure that Cracker Barrel was open, and they are. Jokingly I asked if they had any country ham. So glad I did. Now Cracker Barrel has been out of country ham for more than 4 weeks running!
How can a restaurant continually be out of their signature item? What next? the Chop House out of chops, the Waffle House out of waffles (they do have country ham), Chick Filet out of chicken... I donโt know if it is just *** poor management or if our server was right and Cracker Barrel no longer has country ham.
Obviously there is no communication within as Iโve gotten a variety of excuses as to why Cracker Barrel (in Hendersonville TN) hasnโt had country ham in a month.
Iโve been waiting a week to hear BACK from their home office. Maybe theyโre the ones ordering the country ham!!!
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Oh, the travesty of it all! No country ham!
Life is so unfair. Try to get a grip on yourself and get on with life---without country ham if need be.
The Country Boy breakfast is still being advertised on the online menu. Due to the time of year, I assume they are having trouble getting items in.
It happens. By the way, "staff" has no control over when deliveries are made.
In fact, the manager him/herself may not have any control. Why not contact CB corporate
