People on the floor fallowing customers around as if there thieves. Horrible feeling to have with the career you hold Im above any of your store people. I dont care to go back unless someone sits up a gathering I wont. Get your people out if customers Shopping!!! Your loosing business. Keep getting new people at Register I havent even gotten my points the last three times they tell me do it next time.

Bad Experience

We eat at the Morristown, TN location several times a year. We ate there on 11/03/2023. The meals were horrible. The fish was cold as well as the french fries. The mashed potatoes werent done and were cold as well. The roast beef was so tough my wife couldnt eat it. We spent over $50 for a meal we couldnt eat. We wont be eating there again. I highly doubt that well eat at any Cracker Barrel again. To say we were disappointed would be an understatement.

Shipping address issue

Still waiting on paper work to be emailed to me from Cracker Barrow Cooperate office to be signed and faxed back to corporate office to have my checked re forwarded to the address they have ob file. Spoke with corporate on 12/04/2023. Have not received paper work by email as of today.

I ordered chicken and dumplings it was mostly liquidly soup. Asked for more dumplings, much the same. Ordered cocoa cola cake, it was very wet and tasted like burnt. Ordered peach cobbler and it was awful, not fit to eat

Overcharge to my debit card.

I had lunch at the Sanford, Florida location two weeks ago and when I payed my bill it overcharged me because of an issue with the register touch pad. I immediately brought it the cashier and she called a manager to correct the problem he did a refund on another register, he had problems with it as well but he gave me a receipt showing the credit and I paid for the tip with cash.

The original amount was withdrawn from my account the very same day and after the refund was not received I called to express my concern.

Now after two weeks I am being told that it can another 9 days before the refund is applied. I am very disappointed with the length of time its taking as well as no one is following through with the problem.

There is no live person to talk to. That function was removed from online. WHY? Not sure if I will order on line again. I just hope nothing is broken. Customer service should be revised and should be available like it says on line Monday- Friday 8-5. I mean covid is over. Great shop and great finds.

Im 70 years old and make special trips to CB, Last 2 times out of meatloaf, last time, I then asked for Chicken Fried Chicken out of it also, so I asked for Chicken Tenders past time I asked to speak to management, they just seemed to blow me off, look I live on Social Security and dont get to eat out very often, Im sure I wont hear anything from you, my sister helped me send an Email and got no response!! Cracker Barrel - If you love chicken & dumplings think twice.

Would you serve this??

My wife and I along with our adult son, stopped at Cracker Barrel Restaurant in Tulsa last Friday as we usually do every other week. Both my wife and son favorite dish are their Chicken & Dumplings.

I do not care for their menu, so always order their "Bowl of Pinto beans." When we were served, I immediately noticed my wife and son's meal were all served in a bowl as it usually is. My son's and wife's dish should have never left the kitchen. My son's bowl had only a half the portion of chicken and dumplings because his side of macaroni and other side of corn, were all thrown into the same bowl. The corn was never drained when plated and all the liquid ran into the entrée.

The macaroni & cheese was inedible. I called the manager over and asked him why this was served like this, and he lied and said it's always served that way. I told him we have been coming into his restaurant over 3 years, and at other Cracker Barrel restaurants over 30 years in other states we have lived and traveled through.

He then changed his story and blamed it on the corporate office and said they ordered to start plating this way. After starting in the restaurant business at 13 years old, and then spending 45 years in the food service business selling food & supplies to restaurants, both independent and national chains, I had a hard time believing any successful restaurant chain like Cracker Barrel, forgot the most important thing, and that's people eat with their eyes, and secondly, excellent food and value bring them back.

Was this a case of "shrinkflation" to save money? They both said they had half the portion they normally get. Of course they did, as the other half was filled with soggy corn and diluted inedible macaroni & cheese.

At a time with inflation and food prices hurting millions, especially seniors who sometimes share plates with the spouse to save money, don't cut our portions and by doings this, ruin our meal.

And by the way. My pinto beans bowl was changed and seemed the portion was halved with one piece of ham and served lukewarm.

I have not received my refund

I have not received my refund. I have tried by calling no answer chat is unavailable The phone numbers that they provide on the website are useless. They dont give you an option to talk to customer service. Its been 10 days I have not received my refund. I dont understand how this company stays in business because their customer service it is the worst I have ever experience, I have emailed to this day no response

Found a needle in my food

I was at your restaurant and had ordered fried chicken and there was a part of your cooks name tag with the needle sticking up in the chicken when I went to take a bite and seen this by it hitting my finger I could have chocked and died it was gross and very disgusting and not to mention how dangerous I wasnt even treated right after letting your manager know and the waitress thought it was funny
