I ordered food from Cracker Barrel in Arlington. I ordered blueberry pancakes, hashbrown casserole, and eggs with biscuits.

My husband went to pick up the order and there was no hashbrown casserole, but there were 2 orders of eggs and biscuits. I know hashbrown casserole was on my order. I called and was transferred to the manager. Customer service isn't his strong suit.

He looked at the ticket and said: " You didn't order it, we didn't charge you for it" and that was that. I went back to the website, and I learned that if you hit the back button on your browser it *** the last thing you ordered.

Also, the food was very cold and the biscuits were hard. The pancakes were very good though.

Reason of review: Order processing issue.

Preferred solution: If I were the manager, I would have at least offered the customer the hashbrown casserole free of charge..
