Rumor has it the NEW Married General Manager of Cracker Barrel in O'Fallon,MO was having an Affair with his Married Associate Manager while they worked together.He moved her into his apartment in January 2013.

She did not quit the O'Fallon, MO location until the beginning of March. Is this the policy of Cracker Barrel? I think it should be investigated. I believe they were in training together in Troy MO.

I am not the only one that thinks the situation should be investigated, Mrs. Associate Manager's husband also agrees. I am in disbelief that no one at the O'fallon, MO location did not know the affair was going on or they knew but would not say anything. How could the District Manager or the Regional Manager stand behind something like this.

Cracker Barrel's goal is to become the best restaurant company in America. Our mission statement, “pleasing people”, I don't think you are living up to your Goals!!

By letting the affairs between Managers continue without punishment means you condone the behavior!

Which Cracker Barrel employee does with another cracker Barrel employee isn't any of your business.Furthermore if this is actually true, you had no business digging and finding the husband of the woman involved.

Plain and simple keep your nose on your own face. The way you are coming across, it sounds like you think they should be hung or something.

Actually what they are doing isn't even any business of their higher up bosses.What anybody does in their personal time is their own private business.

It was TRUE. The female assistant manager left the company shortly before this post. It is corporate policy that there is NO fraternization because it did affect scheduling and reviews.
