Cracker Barrel

I received a gift card from them regarding an incident when one of their servers spilled syrup all over me (no apology or even reduction in bill)! The gift card expired on 12/31, but due to the fact I was hospitalized a good chunk of November and December, I didn't get to use it.

I have emailed them numerous times to see if it could be extended, but no response whatsoever. No response is ridiculous, and my family will never eat there again!

Placed an online order for a queen comforter & 2 pillow shams, I received the comforter, but Im still waiting for the pillow shams. Ive called four or five times and I keep getting the same response. Will let you know when your order ships.

Chicken and dumplings, and it had about 2 small pieces of chicken in it. I left the restaurant and called the manager to see what was about worthless.

I had my meal at the Ashland, Virginia location. I need someone to call me.

Pin numbers not readable. Called another number; they said the card is not active.

Purchased the card this morning.

Attempted to use it at CB for breakfast, but it did not work. Need PIN for the card.

I thought that I wasn't going to get my package, so I had to do a few calls up to Tennessee, but everything seems to be going good now. I got the package, and it did take a long time, but I got it right before Christmas, so thank you.

That's about all.

Now I'm a happy customer. I love Cracker Barrel, so if you're waiting on a package, just keep waiting, and it will come.

Nothing I wasn't able to talk with anyone I need my w2 forms. How can I get them? I no longer am employed there.

I lost my gift card while in the Milford, Connecticut, Cracker Barrel last night. It was a $50 gift card, and the barcode number is 799********.

Time to close doors on this CB. More than an hour and 30 to eat supper there, something wrong with this picture...

Check was sent out the 31st of October for 7 loads of firewood, and we needed the money to buy more logs because we supply 19 different stores. And we finally got the check, and it's almost 1500.00 less than it's supposed to be.

It shows the 4 loads.

I put a note on that the note didn't get read and nothing got fixed. I know I messed it up, but I went right back and wrote a letter on them telling them what I did, how much there were a unit, and how much the price was, and if they looked at the uploaded picture, they would know that they didn't line.

I ordered the hot honey meal online. I received chicken with a couple drops of hot sauce.

The coleslaw was so dry I couldn't eat it. The order of fried pickles was grease with pickle slices in it!

Several of the fries were burned. The meal was so horrible I could eat none of it!

I wanted to inquire about the closure of the Cracker Barrel in Santa Maria, California. Our community is still upset about this closure, as we are a family-oriented town and Cracker Barrel provided us with a great dining experience as well as shopping opportunities in the store.

I would also like to know if there are any plans to open a new restaurant in Santa Maria. The previous location was busy from opening to closing, and we would greatly appreciate it if you could consider opening another Cracker Barrel for us.

I don't want to call the recipient because they were supposed to be a surprise last week.

I talked to some company that charged me a lot of money to tell me nothing. I just want to know if the cards were sent.

12-21-2024 I received a gift card from my cousin Lee Hagan. It was for $100.00.

My wife is in hospice, so I only use it when I don't cook meals. He sent me another card in November of the same year. I used it yesterday, and when I tried to pay the balance with the December card, I was told I needed the PIN number. I had photographed the gift card on my phones, but I guess I didn't get the PIN.

Changing what's been around for 50 years is working, you changing things is not what the founder wanted.

You are trying to remove the old country store and restaurant, to a modern restaurant does not work. If it is not broken do not try to fix it.
